Missing my favourite Foods

Again I pretty much managed the day okay, besides having sandwiches at lunch time (the bread pushes the points through the roof unfortunately). I’ve spent the day with bad headaches from the lights in work which didn’t help my stress levels. Work is fine, I don’t tend to get stressed from that, but my headaches are constantly there when I’m in work. They have strip lighting and too much of it, one set of these is above and slightly in front of me so it’s in my eyes constantly. So I’m back on herbal tea (good for you anyhow, I know!) to combat these, yes it really does work!

Otherwise besides a couple of liquorice allsorts I was pretty good all day, even when a colleague started talking about having Pizza for dinner :( I had Pasta, Veg and Tuna for dinner again, purely because there was Passatta still left over, half a tin of Tuna, and I didn’t take anything out of the freezer for dinner. I’m sick of it now so I’ll be planning ahead for the rest of the week! As you can see lunch pushed my points up today which means despite feeling hungry all I can now have is a glass of milk.

Breakfast: Museli, a little fruit sugar, milk – 4pts
Snack: Apple – 1pt
Lunch: 1.5 Ham, Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches made with wholemeal bread – 10 pts
Snack: Apple – 1pt
Herbal Tea
Dinner: Pasta, veg (lots of), passatta, tuna – 3pts

Exercise: 20 min walk to work, 30 min walk at lunch time, 20 min walk home.
