So I’ve skipped the weekend already. There was no point. I did my best to stick to as healthy as possible, chicken for dinner both nights, however I still wasn’t happy with myself. I tried weighing myself at Dave’s however the bathroom has a spongy lino on the floor and so the scales have different readings that for a hard floor, so I need to buy a little piece of wood to stand them on to give a better reading.
The past week wasn’t as good as it should have been. I’ve been very busy and yes, bizarrely enough I’ve not had time to go to the gym! The few hours I do chill out for are spent doing just that, trying to relax to clear my head of work so that I don’t dream about it as well!!
So I’m going to start being a bit more serious about this.
