Fish Pie

I cooked this last night. It’s all gone already!

Need:
Fillet of Cod or Haddock (smoked or unsmoked)
Salmon fillets
Tiger Prawns
Potatoes - boiled
Low Fat Cheese
Butter
Milk
Flour
Peas

Poach the Fish Fillets - I poached each in milk in the microwave. Stirfry the prawns until cooked.
Boil the peas for a few minutes until cooked
Boil the Potatoes - mash with a little butter
Make a cheese sauce (melt butter in a pan, add a little flour for thickening. Add milk and cheese, stir until thick.)

In a pyrex dish put in the fish, prawns and peas. Pour the cheese sauce over it, then place the mashed potato on top. Put in an oven at 180 deg C for 20-25 minutes.

You can add more vegetables if you want, and if you want to be healthier don’t have too much potato as the mashing will break down the sugars even more and be absorbed quicker. Perhaps mix normal and sweet potato, or add in some mashed turnip or swede as well. The choice is endless!
