I lost weight!!

Okay last two days first, sorry work is busy so I keep forgetting to post up here…

Friday:
Breakfast: Coffee and Porridge plus sugar (5 pt)
Lunch : 2 grilled bacon wholemeal rolls – (10 pt)
Dinner: Chicken, rice and noodles (yes from the takeaway!) – (x pts – I dread to think!!)
2 glasses of red lambrusco

Saturday:
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: 2 egg and bacon wholemeal rolls (10 pt)
Dinner: Pork Cordon bleu and Gnocchi (God knows!)
1 glass of wine

And so today. I weighed myself this morning and I’d lost 5lbs! Now I don’t think that it’s due to excessively healthy eating so I can only put it down to the fact that almost everything I eat is cooked from raw ingredients and not a ready meal or processed. I prefer to eat home cooked food. Anyhow, i will try to eat healthy whenever possible but the odd treat must be had to stop me from overeating :)
