I decided that today would be the day it starts again properly. I’m not happy at all with my weight as it is, I’ve gained half a stone from my usual (not much better) weight. So today is the first day of a change in my eating habits. I weighed myself this morning and I have 44lbs to lose until I’m happy. I don’t know if I’ll stop before then however. Providing I’m happy with my physical appearance then once I reach that point I will ease off. I’m not into looking like a stick thin model, I love my food and cooking too much for that! I just want to feel comfortable in myself and feel like I’ve got a little more energy.
So to start the diet off I’ve had
3 Cups of Tea
Small bowl of porridge with a little muscovado sugar
2 slices of toast with Pate on
Smoked Haddock and Vegetable Pie, plus cheese sauce
bowl of no sugar angel delight
1 glass of wine
I don’t think that’s too bad. I will be shopping for things properly and counting points again but I don’t think that’ll start until Wednesday as I’m out all day tomorrow and so have to rely on outside food. However now that I’m working from home full time I can have more control over my lunches.
