Day 3: GI Plan

Out at lunch today however was quite happy that Marks and Spencers have now started labelling their foods with GI on it as well. This made choosing a sandwich much easier! Plus dinner was just my favourite with a slight alteration.

Breakfast:
Unsugared Museli (4)
Tea

Lunch:
Low GI Wholemeal Chicken Sandwich (4)
Apple (0.5)
Orange Juice (1)

Dinner:
Chicken Fajitas (5)
Glass of Dry White Wine (2)

Exercise: A walk around Ikea (they’re not small!!).
