My problem is that if I don’t feel hungry I just don’t eat. I drink a lot of water during the day which curbs most hunger pangs. Trouble is the GI Plan is designed for small snacks and often, 5-6 times a day. I just can’t eat like this which is the downside. I could do but the trouble is I need to remember to eat. As daft as it may sound, especially coming from someone who is far too overweight, if I’m working and get into something I lose complete track of time. I’ve used up my points today but possibly not in the best way.

2 small Tortilla Pizzas (6)
2 glasses of wine (2)
