GI Plan Take Two

Yesterday was good and bad. Good because I didn’t have anything I shouldn’t, bad because I barely ate due to work and losing track of time.

Breakfast:
Cup of Tea

Lunch:
Baked Beans, 2 slices of granary bread (7)
Glass of milk

Few grapes (1)

Dinner:
Pasta, Red Pesto (2)
Cauliflower cheese and Roast Beef (3)
Glass of Milk (1)

The dinner was using left overs from Sunday’s Roast hence why it sounds a little bizarre!
