Good start
Well I’ve made a start (yet again) and I know now that a: I have to stick with it (I’m sure I say that every time) and b: I have to plan my day else I’ll deviate too easily. I stuck to my plan today and I think deciding it early on meant I didn’t stop to think about anything and just had what I’d already decided to have. I didn’t actually eat much breakfast however due to a bit of a stomach ache, and we ran out of bananas so I had another yoghurt instead!

Pasta, Peppers and Pesto with Parmesan (5 pt)
Yoghurt (2 pt)
Plaice, 4 New Potatoes, Veg (6 pt)
Yoghurt (2 pt)
Glass of Milk
For tomorrow I’ll be making up a new batch of Bolognaise to freeze, so we’ll have some of that for dinner, just got to work out snacks and lunch.
