Remember the more veg you use the lower the GI points value
Need:
1 Tortilla
Passatta
Low Fat Mozzerella, Cheddar
Parmesan Shavings
Toppings:
Cooked chicken breast
Ham
Sliced green pepper
Courgette
Sliced Tomatoes
Heat the oven to 200 degrees celcius. Spread some Passatta onto the Tortilla, add your meat toppings, then sprinkle on the Mozzerella, Cheddar and some Parmesan shavings. Add vegetable toppings and put in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese starts bubbling.
Why the 3 cheeses? Mozzerella and Parmesan have a lower fat content but the cheddar has a stronger bearable taste (as opposed to Parmesan that’s quite strong in large amounts).
