Yes, second day (again) and I’ve already hit the takeaways. In my defence I’ve been working 16 hours a day for the past week or two on a site which I have a meeting for tomorrow in London (that means the diet for lunch is out of my control as it’s a business lunch!). We were working last night until 1am, around 9pm I realised the time and just didn’t have the energy or time to go and cook the steaks in the fridge.
However I managed quite well I think. At first I eyed up the Pizza, Coke and garlic bread with cheese, adding up how much cash we had to spend, but then I thought – No. Yes faced with Pizza I said No!! I turned the page back and looked through the kebabs on offer. No not a doner kebab but a chicken breast cooked on the grill, with salad in a Pitta Bread. That’s what I had and I have to say I quite enjoyed it. The salad had gone a little soft and warm but the chicken was really nice.

Porridge & Tea (4)
Lunch:
Pasta, Green Pesto, Bacon sliced, Parmesan (4)
Dinner:
Chicken Breast Kebab, Salad, Pitta (oh okay plus 3 small slices of garlic bread with cheese on!) (shhhh)
Today well today I’ve not eaten much due to lack of time, lost time and travelling down to my parents for going to London tomorrow.

Lunch:
1/2 Bacon and Egg sandwich (4)
Mars Milk Drink (haven’t a clue)
Dinner:
Chicken Casserole, Veg and Mashed Potato (8 or so I guess)
Glass of Milk
