Day 8

I really don’t know what titles to use on these daily diet posts. I’m sure I’ll think of something soon so bear with me with the boring day whatever.

Breakfast:
Oats, Milk, raisins and Tea (4 pts)

Lunch:
Ham and salad sandwich, wholemeal bread (6 pts)
Apple (0.5 pts)

Dinner:
Pasta, Red Pepper, Green Pesto, Tuna, Parmesan (5 pts)

Okay that leaves 1.5 points for a snack. The pasta didn’t really fill me up tonight but I wasn’t too well last night and was left feeling empty today. So for 1.5 points I need to find something that will fill me up until breakfast now! I’ll definitely have a glass of milk and have a root around the fridge and cupboards.
