Forgetting to Eat
Sounds daft perhaps but my appetite is dwindling and I’m not really eat as I should be. I know it should be breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. This is way the GI Plan runs and I know it works in this way too, smaller meals and more often to keep the blood sugar at the same level. We’re off out this afternoon to get some fresh air and go for a bit of a walk around the local rambling trail - test out my new walking shoes, and then we’ll pop to the shops so I’ll be hitting the fruit stands and seeing what I can pick up to eat that I like.
Breakfast (had at lunch time)
2 poached eggs, 2 slices of whole grain toast, tea - 8 pts
Dinner
Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini with a little Chilli Beef mince - 6pts
Coconut - Will have to look that one up!
Tonight we’ll be having a proper Sunday dinner. We’ve got Roast Beef so I’ll have to either eat fruit all day to have a proper dinner (not really the way to do the diet) or else just have meat and vegetables. I may allow myself to have 1 yorkshire pudding, depends how much walking I do today.
