Salmon for dinner
Decided that seeing as I’ve not been so good yesterday I’d be as good as gold today.
Breakfast: Oats, Fruit Sugar, Milk, Tea (6 points)
Lunch: A small helping of Ricotta and Spinach Tortellini (2 points)
A snack size Strawberry Muller Fruit Corner (2 points)
Dinner: Salmon Steak (steamed), Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrots, Tagliatelle with a light cheese sauce (4 points)
Glass of Milk (0.5 points)
I’m not really sure what to have for the last 2.5 points. I may just have some roasted peanuts later, else a slice of bread.
