TGI Friday!

Well I kinda cheated this morning and jumped on the scales. Bearing in mind I had pyjamas and a fleece top on (our house is freezing first thing), and the scales said I’d lost 2lbs. That’s 2lbs plus the weight of my clothes! Okay the weight lost really shouldn’t have been there in the first place so I know it’s nothing major but at least I’m going in the right direction.

I know as time goes on I’ve got to become stricter for a while until I’ve lost a good amount. I’ve got a long way to go yet. Around 42lbs which is a lot. Today was and wasn’t good. I lost track of time working and never really had lunch besides a couple of Plums. Then I had a dinner I probably shouldn’t have had, but I kept it as healthy as possible.

Breakfast:
Poached Egg on Toast, Tea (4 pt)

2 Plums (1 pt)

Dinner:
2 Wholemeal Tortillas, Mince beef chilli with kidney beans, onion and red peppers
Cheese, 0% fat Greek Yoghurt, Tomatoes and Lettuce (9)
Small Glass of Wine (2 pt)

In theory I still have 1 pt left!
