Back to normal

Well after a few days of a low appetite I’m beginning to eat properly again now. We’ve just been shopping and half of the trolley was filled with 18l of bottled water and fruit and veg. Plus some nice fresh Tuna and Marlin Steaks :) I want to try and start eating a portion of fish at least 4 times a week if not more.

Today I also bought a Trampette, a mini Trampoline. Argos has them for £15 which if I’d realised they were so cheap I’d have gotten one sooner. With work so busy right now and it being horrible weather I just don’t have the time to go out to the gym and our walks just aren’t happening. This way every morning I can get up and spend some time on the trampette before breakfast and then perhaps again in the evening. Simple aerobic exercise plus it’s fun :D

Tonight I’ve allowed myself to have some alcohol. I don’t tend to drink during the week these days anyhow but it’s Saturday so we’re cooking Chicken Fajitas, substituting Greek Yoghurt for Sour Cream and Low fat cheddar instead of normal cheddar (low fat meaning around 4% instead of 32% Fat!). Plus taking the night off work and watching a movie.
