		<description>You can if it&#039;s on something sturdy such as a bread base of some sort. But on it&#039;s own it would melt through the grill :)

Halloumi starts to melt but then the outside starts to harden more, as if it&#039;s sealing up, and becomes a tasty, rubbery type cheese that&#039;s hot. Strange as it sounds, everyone I know who&#039;s tried it seems to like it :)</description>
