		<description>Hello.  I am a new visitor to your blog.  My wife decided to lose weight over a year ago and went on a very strict diet, lifted weights and walked for 45 minutes a day.  She ate veggies but no fruit because of the sugar.  Of course she ate other things but I do not remember the rules of the entire diet.  She ended up losing 30 pounds in about 6 months.  We even got before and after pictures of her!  One thing I can say is not only eating healthy but lifting weights and doing cardio help to shed the pounds.  Good luck.</description>
