His tactics are a bit harsh but he explained last week (I think) on Hells Kitchen that essentially he feels he has to scare his kitchen staff, make them scared of him so that they do their job better. I guess if it gets results and works then that's a way to do it (not my way tho!). Final of Hells Kitchen is on tonight on ITV2 :D I think his cooking is ace.
