Sorry to hear about the eczema Anya. Mine flares up when I've very stressed, which of course makes me more stressed. Things I found to help (which may or may not work or have already been tried)
1. Johnson's soft bodywash with aloe vera (in the baby section usually)
2. Johnson's baby oil with aloe vera
3. Oilatum hair shampoo - I tend to find it starts in my head and spreads down so if my head is fine things are a lot better
4. A mix of herbal oils - calendula and lavendar usually I think.

However, the cider vinegar could also be worth a try, so good luck with it and I hope it clears up soon for you.

Hello,
I heard about drinking cider vinegar with honey and warm water before ( as you suggested) but I've never head that it might help to deal with eczema.
I might give it a try / I had stress related eczema for a few month but it didn't go away completely yet.
Thank you.

Hey Kelly, must admit I stopped taking it simply because I don't have a typical morning routine so kept forgetting! I may start again when the diet starts again this week (once we've eaten all the bad food around first!).

Good luck with it :)
