Whilst I like duck I don't think I'd like hoi sin duck on a pizza. I'm not really a fan of sweet stuff on a pizza unless I need it to mask a really bad tomato sauce!

Still duck on a Pizza is possible, especially as we have some in the freezer ;)

There was this pizzeria in Liverpool that used to do these fantastic hoi sin duck pizzas. Mmmmmmmmm! I can't understand why I've not seen anybody else come out with such a variation.

Hahah sorry David :D

Guess I shouldn't say that we tried the Pizza Express Pizzas for lunch. They weren't too bad and were the right size for a lunch (about 7-9"). Not as good as the restaurant though.

Pizza in it's own tray? Never seen it! Is that from a shop?

We did pick up some Pizza Express premade pizzas from Sainsburys yesterday to keep in the freezer ready for when we fancy a pizza again. I'm hoping they're almost as good as getting them from the restaurant.

I disagree on the cheese front. I like a 4 cheese pizza (actually that's what I got from Sainsburys) and providing there's nothing too strong on there then usually they can be good.

I also forgot the actual truely best place for a Pizza in this country - Zizzi Italian Restaurant! Their Quattro Formaggi is great. One of the cheeses is a little strong but easily removable (Gorgonzola I think). However their Calzone Picante is perfect (providing you order without mushrooms and chillis!!)

Cheers for the comment tho Jason. Let me know what the Pizza in a tray is :)

Have you tried the pizza which comes in iits own tray? the chesse is ok, but the rest is even better! i always find the chesse is a let-down on all pizzas, unless you make them yourself.
