G.I. Plan
The GI Plan is based on a combination of a low GI (Glycaemic Index) diet and also a low fat/calorie diet. The idea of the diet is to eat little and often whilst ensuring that the foods you eat do not affect your blood sugar levels too dramatically. By raising blood sugar you make yourself feel hungrier and therefore eat more. On this diet you should be able to eat the right foods and once finished feel satisfied and full.
I’ve tried the diet once before and at the time was quite successful with it for the short period of time that I tried it for. I’ve since started again for 2006 and am hoping to try and let it become a way of life. I know it won’t change how I feel about the foods I love but I’m hoping that it will allow me to be able to deviate now and then without causing an issue to myself.
